Undoubtedly one of the most exciting midfielders in Europe, Antoine Griezmann is hot property right now. Currently plying his trade with Atletico Madrid in Spain's La Liga, he has set their season alight with a glut of great goals.

In all, the 25-year-old forward has netted 29 goals across all competitions and has played a huge role in guiding Los Rojiblancos near the summit of the league table.

What's more, Griezmann has been instrumental in steering Atletico to the last four of the Champions League, something his six UCL goals clearly testify to.

He might be ruling the roost in the red and blue of the Spanish club but he's attracting the attentions of some of the continent's biggest institutions. So, let's examine the teams who would most like to have him on board.

After all, although allegiance means a lot, money talks.

Manchester United

Marcus Rashford has been a glimmer of hope in an otherwise dull season of disappointment for Louis van Gaal’s Manchester United fans and he has given them a handful of special moments to cherish with his outstanding return of seven goals from 12 games.

The Red Devils youth product is keeping their fans sane with some well-taken strikes, but despite his youthful exuberance the 13-time Premier League winners are sure to need a more experienced net-rattler to grace the Theatre of Dreams and get them among the silverware again next season.

With that, Griezmann would be the perfect addition and he could form quite a formidable partnership with fellow France international Anthony Martial.

From a more tribalistic point of view, it's easy to envisage the prolific Atleti goal-scorer in a United shirt and perhaps their fans are clutching at straws but Griezmann's brother is a fan of the club, so...you never know.

Chelsea

Conte’s arrival is bound to see a major overhaul of the squad

In dire need of some major refurbishment, Chelsea are sure to throw plenty of cash at their problems come the off-season.

Following a turbulent campaign which saw them spectacularly fail to hit the heights that was expected of them, the Blues are sure to go after some of the best players around, and Griezmann is one of them.

They might not be able to guarantee the Atleti no.7 the glitz and glamour of big European football nights, but according to Squawka they are willing to offer him a huge pay packet to get him on board and it might just work.

It would likely mean cutting some other players from their wage bill, but it's nearly guaranteed to be worth it.

With Antonio Conte set to take charge ahead of the 2016/17 season, Stamford Bridge can expect to see a lot of new faces take to the field, but Griezmann is world class and if they intend to climb back to the top of the pile, they will need all the genius they can muster.

Bayern Munich

Griezmann might just be the perfect addition to Ancelotti’s Bayern

With Pep Guardiola on his way to Manchester City, a change of control beckons for Bayern Munich.

For years they have dominated the German domestic scene, swatting aside all competitors with ease, especially ever since Jurgen Klopp faltered during the latter days of his reign in charge of Borussia Dortmund.

So, if Die Roten want to see their iron fist rule continue for the foreseeable future, they will need to bring in some heavy-hitters this summer, and Griezmann would certainly fit that bill. In short, he could become the symbol their new era needs.

The one major trophy that has eluded them in recent times has been the Champions League trophy, and Griezmann has already proven his flair for the dramatic and the important, especially with his fantastic double against Barcelona in their second-leg, quarter-final clash.

So, it's fair to say he would be a massive strength in helping them snatch ol' big ears for the first time since 2013.

Juventus

Griezmann-Dybala-Pogba (GDP) – The next deadly trio?

On course to run away with the Serie A title, Juventus also have a Coppa Italia final against AC Milan to look forward to, but the Bianconeri have been linked with the signature of Griezmann in recent months and his services would add a lethal string to their bow in their quest for European glory.

With in-form striker Paulo Dybala being widely tipped for a move away from Turin in the next few months, the Old Lady would be wise to swoop for a clinical replacement soon, and who better than Griezmann.

What's more, Paul Pogba could be on his way out the Juve exit door as well (if long-standing rumours and reports are to be believed) and as Griezmann is such a versatile and adaptable player, he would provide great cover.

On the flipside, even if neither of those two players depart, the 25-year-old show-stopper would still be a tremendous purchase. Imagine that trio combining up and down Italy and across Europe next season – ladies gentlemen I introduce 'GDP' to you.

Sounds good right, Juve fans?

Paris Saint-Germain

Ibrahimovic’s departure could pave way for Griezmann’s arrival

Perhaps the most underwhelming so-called European giant, Paris Saint-Germain have floundered on the big stage time and again over the course of the last few seasons.

They have run away with the Ligue 1 title this season, but could not rustle up a strong assault in Europe's elite club competition. To put it bluntly, they could do with a real star buy to get them over the line.

As relayed by Goal, Telefoot have reported that PSG could be set to table a monstrous bid of around €80 million for the French attacker as both Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Edinson Cavani look set for a shock move away from Parc des Princes.

Ibra has been slated by many for his egotistical displays and some have even hinted that the arrogant Swede has taken away from the team spirit.

Griezmann could be the unifying spearhead they need because if there is one thing Atleti players are known for, it is their industrious performances, where the team game comes before any individual showboating. Watch this space.
