At 37, Crouch has proven to be one of the greatest headers of the ball. His record of 52 goals is the best in history for a Premier League player.
He equaled Alan Shearer’s record of 46 headed goals in February 2015 when Stoke City beat Hull City 1-0 and two months later surpassed that feat to forge his name in the history books.
Over the years, Crouch has proven to be the ideal target man for his various teams. This comes as no surprise given that he is 6 ft 7 and one of the tallest football players in the world.
With over 220 goals in his career, Crouch has perfected the art of direct centre forward attack and wins over seven aerial duels in a match.
