#2. Antonio Conte
The former Italy boss brought revolution to the Premier League with his 5-2-3 formation in 2016-2017 which won him the league. He introduced the wingbacks to the Premier League, a position Marcos Alonso thrives at. His new tactics and modern approach towards the game are waiting to be delivered to a new club as the Italian parted ways with the West London club at the end of the season to allow Maurizio Sarri to take charge.
Conte was in charge of Chelsea for 76 matches out of which he won 51, lost 15 and drew 10. Conte is known for his aggressive behavior on the pitch and out of the box goal celebrations.
