#3 Sergio Ramos - Real Madrid
Madrid didn't have the best start to this season but are slowly getting back to their winning ways and are developing the consistency required in order to maintain their standards of winning silverware.
Their defence is now back on track, thanks to the man who leads it; Sergio Ramos, at the age of 32 has not discussed his retirement plans as of yet, but the chances are that he will hang his boots at the Santiago Bernabeu.
It is almost impossible to replace Ramos with any other player, as his vision and leadership qualities are totally unparallel. With almost 14 seasons with Los Blancos, Ramos has won 19 trophies with the club and is regarded as one of Real Madrid's greatest captains of all times.
Recent speculations suggested that the Spaniard could leave the capital, however, he has put it all aside and is now playing with all his heart. It is almost impossible for him to leave.
