#2 Harry Kane - Tottenham Hotspur
The Englishmen has never responded to any transfer speculation openly but has been the top target of the biggest clubs in all of Europe for obvious reasons. His consistent goalscoring abilities made him one of the top targets for Real Madrid at the beginning of this season as a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo. However, it is highly unlikely for him to move to another club for multiple reasons.
One of the main reasons being that there are only a few clubs that can actually afford to get his signature including PSG and Manchester City, who can eventually spend a minimum of €150million in order to secure the Englishmen.
The other being the fact that he hasn't won a major trophy with Spurs can definitely make him stay. The possibility of him staying at his current club and retiring are extremely high, but given his age, he could head to a big club in the future, if they can afford him.
