And the most famous football couple in the history of mankind. David and Victoria Beckham is (to me, they are one, hence the use of is instead of are) a pairing that aspires many young people. They say that true love is dead, but the hope is revived when one sees these two walking together and representing them in the classiest of ways possible.
One day, while flipping through a photo book of up and coming stars, Victoria paused when she saw the picture of David Beckham. “I wouldn’t mind asking him out,” she said to her friend jokingly.
During those days, Posh’s bandmate, Mel C, dated Ryan Giggs. So the two friends often went to games. As luck would have it, they finally met each other at a players’ bar. David, apparently, was so nervous that he could barely speak.
Posh did the ice-breaking. Whatever she did just had him spellbound —and he has been in that state ever since.
The couple tied the knot in 1999 and have four adorable kids. Relationship goals right there.
