#3: Michael Cuisance
Michael Cuisance joined Bayern Munich from Borussia Monchengladbach at the start of the 2019-20 season. A lot was expected from him but things haven't gone his way so far.
Before joining Monchengladbach, Cuissance was a part of the youth setup at French club Nancy.
In his first season with Die Fohlen, Cuissance made 26 appearances. The next season, he appeared only 13 times but Bayern Munich saw enough of his potential to spend €10 million to secure his services.
Cuissance managed just ten appearances in his first season with Bayern Munich, scoring and assisting once. But with age on his side, he still has time to realise his full potential.
Despite a slow start to life at Bayern Munich, Cuisance has shown glimpses of what he is truly capable of. With Thiago Alcantara expected to leave in the summer, Cuissance is expected to stepup to fill the Spaniard's void.
#4: Joshua Zirkzee
Joshua Zirkzee joined the Bayern Munich youth setup in 2017, and for the last three years, he has impressively been working his way up the ranks. The striker has a natural eye for goal and has been a constant goal threat throughout his time with the Bayern Munich youth teams.
He scored 16 goals from 19 appearances for the Under-17 team, 16 goals from 21 appearances for the Under-19 team and 6 goals from 28 appearances for the reserve team. The 19-year-old Dutchman finally got his chance with the Bayern Munich first team this season where he has continued to impress.
In his breakthrough season, Zirkzee has made 12 appearances, scoring four goals and assisting one. While he will remain an understudy to Robert Lewandowski for a while, there is no denying Zirkzee's talents and the fact that Bayern Munich have possibly found an ideal replacement for their Polish striker.
#5: Sarpreet Singh
Sarpreet Singh caught the eye of Bayern Munich after his impressive performances for New Zealand during the 2019 FIFA U-20 World Cup. The 21-year-old New Zealand international was offered a 3-year contract by Bayern Munich, and he has made the most of his limited opportunities.
Singh has made just two appearances for Bayern Munich this season but has featured prominently for the reserve team. The creative midfielder has made 22 appearances for the reserve team, scoring seven times and providing as many assists as well. The next season could see Singh play a lot more for the Bayern Munich first team.
Singh was a key figure in Bayern Munich's reserve team winning the 3. Liga, which is the third division in Germany, as it maked the first instance of a reserve team winning the competition.
Sarpreet Singh has shown that he has the talent to play for a top club like German champions Bayern Munich. The next season could be key to his further development as he looks to become a regular with the Bayern Munich first team.
