#4: Claudio Bravo becomes the first substitute goalkeeper to be sent off in the UEFA Champions League
Former Barcelona goalkeeper Claudio Bravo made an unwanted record in the UEFA Champions League, when he was sent off after coming on as a substitute to replace the injured Ederson against Atalanta. The Chilean became the first keeper to come from the bench and get his marching orders in the competition.
Bravo, who came on at half-time, rushed off his line and brought down the opposition winger Josip Ilicic, who was clean through on goal. For his moment of indiscretion, Bravo saw a straight red.
Defender Kyle Walker had to don the goalkeeping gloves for the remainder of the match, as Manchester City held on for a 1-1 draw at the home of the UEFA Champions League debutants.
