#3 Sergio Reguilon | Sevilla (on loan from Real Madrid)

The second Sevilla player on this list, Sergio Reguilon has been one of the most impressive full-backs in LaLiga as well as the UEFA Europa League this year. The Spaniard has displayed all the qualities that clubs look for in modern full-backs. He is a superb ball carrier down the left-hand side, a reliable crosser from wide areas and is frighteningly quick on the counter.

Reguilon made the difference for his side in the UEL semi-finals when he provided the finishing touches to a brilliant team move, crossing the ball to an unmarked Suso who smashed in an equaliser. The 23-year-old shares a great relationship with Julen Lopetegui, and has been pivotal for Sevilla this year along with Jesus Navas from the wide areas. The Spaniard is currently on loan from Real Madrid but Sevilla, unless they make any significant sales, are unlikely to be able to afford him permanently.

This leaves the door open for a Premier League move, with Arsenal, Chelsea, and Tottenham Hotspur all interested in the left-back. He has one big audition platform left when Sevilla lock horns with Inter Milan in the UEL final. It would perhaps not be too long before he signs with an English club.

#2 Thomas Partey | Atletico Madrid

Over the last few years, Thomas Partey has quietly grown into a colossal figure for Atletico Madrid's midfield. The physically imposing deep-lying midfielder came through the ranks at the Wanda Metropolitano and has provided a different prospect for Atleti's rigid midfield set up.

Partey is a rare breed of a player who can both conduct as well as destroy proceedings in the middle of the park, being a very well-rounded midfielder. He already has played against his potential employers Arsenal in the UEL last year and played his counterparts off the park with a phenomenal display in both legs. The Ghanian is an effortless ball-winner who can contribute meaningfully to the build-up phase of games as well. Just over 30 per cent of his passes are also aimed higher up the pitch, highlighting his willingness to try breaking lines and giving his side an advantage as well.

The 27-year-old is reportedly being eyed by Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta this summer, and could possibly make a move given that the Gunners' board are set to back the Spaniard. What a genuinely transformative signing this could be.

#1 Antoine Griezmann | Barcelona

A name that needs little to no introduction at all, Antoine Griezmann is one of the biggest football superstars in world football. The Frenchman, a former Atleti player, is one of the most exciting profiles of players. On paper, he is a second striker who is a master of exploiting spaces in between the lines, picking up the ball and driving at the opposition box.

In truth, though, he offers so much more than that. Griezmann is one of the most hardworking high-profile names, running himself to the ground for any team he players. That very well might have had to be the case, given that he plied his trade under one of the modern pioneers of pragmatic football, Diego Simeone. The Frenchman, however, has endured a torrid time at Barcelona so far as he's been deployed in a wide position for the Blaugrana, a role that he is not naturally gifted to play. The 29-year-old is not a frighteningly quick player or an extremely talented dribbler to beat his full-back and hug the touchline.

Griezmann is a bonafide goalscorer and a player who could make the difference for any club in the world. As for the Premier League, he would be ideally suited to any club with a fluid forward line, which would further raise Griezmann's unpredictability in the final third. He was on the brink of moving to Manchester United two years ago, and he would have been an incredible asset in the current counter-attacking set up at Old Trafford.
