Jose Mourinho has all but secured Manchester United their best position in Premier League since 2013. United look set to finish second with FA Cup final to play for.
The English giants have been inconsistent throughout the season as a result of the shortcomings in their squad.
Therefore, Mourinho might already be planning to fix a few areas in his squad like the full-back positions which are dominated by two players on the wrong side of 30.
The Red Devils are in dire need of full-backs with Ashely Young and Antonio Valencia ageing and the likes of Luke Shaw, Daley Blind or Matteo Darmian lacking the substance for the job.
That said, here is a list of players he would be targeting this summer to fill in at the left-back position.

#4 Kieran Tierney (Celtic FC)
Tierney is a name which has gotten the attention of some top clubs in recent time with his stellar performances in Scotland. The 20-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to Machester United in the past few months.
The Celtic defender is a relentless worker on the pitch and a great attacking threat with his searing pace as his ability to beat a marker and deliver the ball into the final third is notable.
He has scored four goals and provided 11 assists this season so far. His fitness and the urge to give the best is amazing, an asset that is sure to endear him to Mourinho as he can make the young Scot stronger defensively while capitalizing on his attacking abilities.
He is definitely one for the future. United should look at him as the long-term option and mentor him at the club.
A fee in the region of £20 million should be enough for the Scottish giants to budge into selling the player.

#3 Ryan Bertrand
Ryan Bertrand, the Southampton full-back is considered to be one of the best in the positions, in the league and is a product of Chelsea's youth academy.
The player is known for his link-up play and passing abilities. He avoids reckless challenges and is never shy about trying his luck from distance. Playing in England, he knows what it takes to be a regular in the first team and his commitment on the pitch is sublime.
The full-back was named in the PFA Team of the Year for the 2015/16 season. He can achieve what Luke Shaw couldn't follow his move from Southampton in 2014.
He has made 39 appearances in all competitions this season so far. The 28-year-old won 48% duels while creating 34 chances in the league.
Given Southampton's troubles at the bottom end of the table, it shouldn't be a surprise if there are forced into selling the player. Spurs and Manchester United could be battling it out for the defender in the summer. Jose must make a move for him. The player, also won't cost a fortune.
#2 Danny Rose
The Englishman has long been linked with a move to Old Trafford. The Spurs left-back came out publicly to speak about his interest in 'playing up North'.
Rose is a quality left-back who is capable of putting some dangerous crosses in the box, something which Jose's side have been missing this season.
The left-back has fallen down the pecking order at Tottenham behind Ben Davies and would be open to moving.
An addition to Danny Rose would be pleasing enough for Jose. He has the experience of playing in England and would adapt well to such a demanding boss.
However, the full-back himself has not been a regular at the Spurs because of his injuries lately. He has made only 15 appearances this season without any remarkable outing to recall for.
It remains to be seen if Jose is willing to sign the player after such inconsistent season. Nevertheless, he is among the top-names targeted by the Portuguese.
#1 Alex Sandro
Alex Sandro, the Juventus left-back was heavily linked with a move to Stamford Bridge in the summer of 2017. However, the deal could not get any breakthrough then.
The 27-year-old is a sublime dribbler and crosser of the ball. He is among the best players in the position at the moment.
Defensively, the player is equally effective as his tackling and positioning make him the man to beat. The defender has a passing accuracy of 86% and has created 22 goal scoring chances for the team in 22 league appearances this season.
Sandro is a highly rated player in Serie A and considered to be the ideal player to have in the team. Juventus have slapped a price-tag of close to £52 million on the player.
Manchester United has been linked with the player ahead of the summer. Sandro can be expected to hit the ground running after shackling some world-class forwards with the Turin club.
He would be a quality addition to the team and solve the woes at the left-back for the club for some foreseeable future.
