#1 Ben Woodburn
Regarded as one of the biggest talents to come through the ranks of Liverpool's youth academy ever since Micheal Owen, Ben Woodburn finds his first-team opportunities limited under Jurgen Klopp this season.
The teenager was part of Liverpool's bench on a couple of occasions this season but made just one substitute appearance for the first team - in the Carabao Cup defeat at Leicester City in September.
With a remarkable eye for goal, the 18-year-old is an excellent technician. He possesses blistering pace due to which he is often compared with Gareth Bale. Woodburn is the youngest ever goalscorer for Liverpool and is also the second youngest goalscorer for the Welsh national team.
The Welsh international is a special talent but needs to feature regularly at the senior level to compete with the world's best and thus a move to Rangers would suit both parties.
