#1 Tiemoue Bakayoko (On loan at AC Milan)

Bakayoko could be the perfect replacement for departed Cesc Fabregas who joined Monaco in the January transfer window. Even though they have different qualities with Fabregas more of a creator while Bakayoko is a destroyer, he is better suited to replace the departed Spaniard as he will bring balance to the team.
He will not assist as many goals as Fabregas did but his all round game with his pace, breaking up attacks and his ability to read games will solidify Chelsea's midfield.
Even though he had a shaky start on loan at AC Milan, he managed to turn things around for Genarro Gattuso side with assured performance in a three man midfield. Bakayoko has gone to amass 28 appearances for the Rossoneri in all competitions.
Opportunity has presented itself for the French midfielder on a silver plate to rescue his Chelsea career and live up to the hype that surrounded him while he was at Monaco.
