#4 Armando Colaco
Colaco is widely regarded as one of India's best managers after the success he has enjoyed at Churchill Brothers and Dempo.
He even guided Dempo to the semi-finals of AFC Cup in 2008. During that tenure, he was known for his sudden burst of wing play and the 4-4-2 formation he put in. Norde and Faiyaz could play in the wings with Kromah and Dicka as the two forwards. This would suit both the coach and the players.
He too knows the pressure of managing one of the 'Big Two' clubs as he earlier led East Bengal to a CFL. Whether Mohun Bagan can give the former Indian coach an offer to manage the side is something to be seen as he is currently coaching FC Bardez in the Goa Professional League.
