Claudio Ranieri has managed some of Europe's biggest clubs like Napoli, Valencia, Atletico Madrid, Chelsea, Roma, Juventus, Inter Milan, and Monaco in his 31 years of managerial career. The Italian has won the top-flight league title only once in his lengthy career and has been sacked on 8 occasions.

Ranieri started his managerial career in 1987 at Campania Puteolana, a small club in Italy. He then moved to Cagliari in 1988 where he made a name for himself. He joined Napoli in 1991 but was sacked by the club in 1993. Chelsea sacked him in 2004 after a trophyless four years tenure.

He was sacked by Valencia, Juventus, and Inter Milan in 2005, 2009, and 2012 respectively. He was sacked by Monaco in 2014 as they finished runner-up to Paris Saint-Germain in Ligue 1.

He was sacked by Greece in just 5 months and in 2015, he landed in the Premier League. He took Leicester City to the Premier League title in 2016 but was sacked the immediate next season because of poor results.
