#2 Romelu Lukaku
The Belgian international had a below-par season for Manchester United. In his 32 Premier League appearances, Romelu Lukaku scored only 12 goals and was wasteful on occasions. He also scored only twice in nine Champions League games.
Lukaku was inconsistent throughout the campaign and never hit the heights expected of him. The 26-year-old has seen his market value decline over the course of the past few months. He is currently valued at €75 million, a €15 million drop from June 2018.
#3 Nemanja Matic
One of the best midfielders in the Premier League, Nemanja Matic had a fairly consistent season but it still fell short of his usual standards. He made 28 Premier League and six Champions League appearances for United but missed a few games because of injuries.
The Serbian international, who turns 31 in August, has seen his market value drop from €40 million to €30 million, which represents a 25% decline in value since June 2018.
