#4 Eric Bailly
Eric Bailly showed a lot of promise in his debut season at Manchester United but has fallen down the pecking order ever since. The Ivory Coast international made only eight Premier League starts this season and was sidelined for the most part because of injuries.
He lost his place in the team and never recovered his solidity at the back. The 25-year-old has seen his market value drop from €35 million to €25 million, a 28.6% decline since June 2018.
#5 Juan Mata
According to the latest reports, Juan Mata is on the verge of signing a new deal with Manchester United. The Spaniard wasn't a regular starter in the team during the 2018-19 season but played some crucial minutes when needed. He made only 16 Premier League starts and scored thrice in the process.
Mata, who turned 31 in April, has a lot of Premier League experience but lacks pace and defensive abilities. The Spanish international is currently valued at €20 million, a €10 million drop from June 2018.
