#3: Manchester United 3-0 Liverpool (23 March 2008)
The Merseysiders might have thought of giving a tough challenge to Sir Alex Ferguson's men when they visited Old Trafford in March. However, United were ahead of Liverpool by a mile as they grabbed a 3-0 victory over their bitter rivals.
Enjoying a mammoth 65.8% possession throughout the game, the Red Devils began their subjugation of Liverpool after Wayne Rooney's cross saw the ball being headed by Wes Brown past goalkeeper Pepe Reina.
In the second half, Cristiano Ronaldo made it 2-0 as the night worsened for Liverpool's shot-stopper between the sticks. Two minutes later, Portuguese winger Nani scored through a stunning effort as United cruised to a comfortable 3-0 victory.
