#3 Kylian Mbappe to Real Madrid
Kylian Mbappe continues to be linked with Real Madrid, with a move looking likely to happen at some point in the future.
Real Madrid let go of both Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane this summer, and it has been suggested that they are collecting money to fund a move for Mbappe. While Paris Saint-Germain continue to insist that Mbappe will be offered a new contract, all signs point to Mbappe moving to Madrid.
With Paris Saint-Germain closing in on Lionel Messi, Real Madrid could very well make a move for the France international this summer. The Ligue 1 giants will likely demand a huge fee for their star, though.
#2 Romelu Lukaku to Chelsea
A transfer rumour that has picked up pace in recent days is that of Romelu Lukaku all set to return to Chelsea.
Lukaku joined Chelsea from Anderlecht in 2011 as a top talent, but failed to establish himself in the first XI. Subsequent successful stints with West Bromwich Albion and Everton were followed by a lukewarm spell with Manchester United, but the Belgium international has been sensational since joining Inter Milan.
Lukaku is one of the best strikers in the game, and was pivotal in Inter Milan winning the Serie A title last season. Chelsea are keen to sign a world-class striker this summer, and have targeted the 28-year old after failed attempts to lure Erling Haaland to Stamford Bridge.
#1 Lionel Messi to Paris Saint-Germain
Barcelona's announcement that Lionel Messi was no longer a part of the club shocked the entire football world.
Reliable reports had confirmed that Messi was set to sign a new deal with Barcelona, but the club admitted that they could not confirm the contract due to the La Liga's financial rules. Arguably the greatest player to have played the game is now available on a free transfer, and Paris Saint-Germain are now close to signing him.
That would be an extraordinary coup for the Ligue 1 giants. They have already signed Gianluigi Donnarumma, Sergio Ramos and Georginio Wijnaldum on free transfers this summer. To get Messi as well would make it arguably the greatest ever transfer window for any club in the history of the sport.
