1) Ledley King (2000): 9.9 seconds
The legendary Tottenham defender, who retired from professional football in 2012, is the unlikely holder of the record for the fastest goal in the history of Premier League.
Ledley King found himself with the ball 25 yards away from the Bradfrod goal. He lashed a shot which deflected off the unfortunate Andy O'Brien and went in after just 9.9 seconds. The goal beat the previous record of 13 seconds set by Dwight Yorke with Aston Villa in 1995, and still stands as the fastest goal of the Premier League
King was one of the best defenders in England but because of his severe injuries, he did not fulfil his potential.
