#3 Matteo Guendouzi
Matteo Guendouzi is the perfect example of a young player who seemed destined for greatness at Arsenal but sabotaged his own career.
Guendozi had a brilliant first season at Arsenal, playing an important role in the 2018/19 campaign. His performances even earned him a call-up to the French national team.
However, the young Frenchman was getting into a lot of trouble off the pitch at Arsenal, with multiple reports of arguments with players as well as club staff. These issues resulted in the player joining Hertha Berlin on loan for the season. Guendozi is unlikely to be a part of Mikel Arteta's plans for next season and should be sold in the summer.
#2 Willian
Willian has struggled to make an impact at Arsenal and is yet to score a goal this season. The Brazilian picked up 2 assists in the opening game of the season against Fulham, but have endured a poor run of form for most of the campaign.
Arteta has given the Brazilian plenty of chances this season, but Willian has continued to frustrate Arsenal fans. Given his age and his poor performances this season, it would benefit the Gunners to offload the player in the summer.
#1 Sead Kolasinac
Sead Kolasinac has struggled for chances under Mikel Arteta in the current season. The Bosnian had to play second fiddle to young Kieren Tierney in the left-back for most of the season before he pushed for a move in January.
Arsenal loaned the player out to Schalke in January after a couple of permanent transfers fell through. Kolasinac has not enjoyed his return to the Bundesliga and has failed to impress at Schalke. Arsenal should look to sell the player in the summer and reinvest in the squad with the funds from his sale.
