The pair linked up very well, leaving very little room for error for the opposition. Had Mesut Ozil not left for Arsenal in the summer of 2013, surely he and Cristiano Ronaldo would have dominated La Liga.

Gareth Bale was one of the most wanted players in the football world when he played for Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League. His impressive performances for the London club earned him a move to Real Madrid in 2013.
With his sweet left-foot, blistering pace and wonderful dribbling skills, Bale was a beast in the attack. His arrival at Real Madrid instigated a lot of success at the club, for which he has contributed significantly. With Bale, Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema in the lineup, the opposition were left helpless by the trio.
Gareth Bale and Cristiano Ronaldo were quite deadly going forward and linked up well with each other to create goals for the club. The Welshman recorded 32 assists for the Portuguese. He could have added more had Cristiano Ronaldo not left for Juventus in 2018.

Easily, Karim Benzema has to be one of the best strikers Cristiano Ronaldo has ever played with. The Frenchman was a superstar at Lyon before Real Madrid signed him in 2009.
Ever since, Benzema has been a vital player for Los Blancos. Even this season, his superb form has been crucial to their strong position in the La Liga points table. Cristiano Ronaldo had the opportunity to play with the French striker and it is safe to say that the duo loved playing with each other.
With both players very effective and efficient in front of goal, the ball was found in the back of the net more often than not. Karim Benzema and Cristiano Ronaldo had a fine understanding on the pitch. This was pivotal to Real Madrid's success both in Spain and Europe.
By a good distance, Benzema has assisted in 47 goals for the great Portuguese and it looks like a record very difficult to break.
