#3 Edinson Cavani (Manchester United)

The Premier League currently has some quality finishers and Edinson Cavani is without a doubt one of them. The Uruguayan was signed by Manchester United last season on a free transfer from Paris Saint-Germain.

Considering his age, many expected Cavani to fail in the Premier League but the former Napoli striker has proved them wrong. He has been very impressive, especially with his positioning in the box. He has popped up with goals when Manchester United desperately needed them.

Edinson Cavani has so far scored 11 goals and recorded three assists in 31 appearances. Cristiano Ronaldo's return to Manchester United this summer has somewhat affected Cavani's game-time. The Uruguayan striker has been strongly linked with a move to Barcelona as he runs of contract at the end of the season.

With Sergio Aguero's impromptu retirement, the Catalan club are looking for an experienced goal-scorer. It is still unknown what Cavani and Manchester United's stance is, which only makes this more interesting.

#2 Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang (Arsenal)

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang joined Arsenal from Borussia Dortmund in 2017. He was one of the best strikers in the Premier League in his first full two seasons, scoring 22 goals in each. Post that, the Gabonese forward has struggled somewhat in front of goal.

In his last 43 Premier League appearances, Aubameyang has scored only 14 times. It is quite uncharacteristic of him to be this inefficient in the attack, especially when the Gunners have been relying on him. He has fallen out with manager Mikel Arteta and has been stripped of the Arsenal captaincy recently.

With his relationship with management gone south, the former Dortmund striker is very likely to leave the club at the earliest. Juventus and AC Milan seem to be interested in Aubameyang's service and only time can tell where his future lies.

#1 Ferran Torres (Manchester City)

Manchester City signed Ferran Torres from Valencia in the summer of 2020. Since then, the Spaniard has played in different positions in attack for Pep Guardiola.

It is safe to say that Torres did well in whichever position he was asked to play. Last season, he scored seven goals and recorded two assists in 15 Premier League starts. In the 2021-22 campaign, he has scored twice and assisted once in four starts.

Ferran Torres has been linked with a move to Barcelona for quite some time now. With Sergio Aguero's retirement, the probability of the transfer happening only increases significantly. The Catalan club will surely benefit from Torres' directness and productivity in attack.
