#2 Cesc Fabregas (Valuation: €35 Million)
The 30-year-old Spanish international has largely been reduced to a regular substitute at Chelsea under Antonio Conte. The versatile Spaniard who can operate at the centre of the park whilst also possessing the ability to play as a false nine is looking for more game time as he has made just 13 starts in Chelsea's league winning campaign.
Antonio Conte is also looking to sign fresh talent for his needs in midfield and all of this only means that the Italian doesn’t seem to the thinking of Fabregas as a core member of his squad next season. Rumoured to be chased by a number of clubs with the likes of AC Milan and Juventus reportedly monitoring his situation for quite some time, the Spaniard could is expected to have in England as well with Liverpool and Manchester United looking favourably at the former Arsenal man.
The experienced Spaniard will be a welcome addition to the teams he's been linked to and fee in the range of €25-30 million should be enough to lure Conte into sactioning the papers for the midfielder.
