#3 Arturo Vidal - 36 goals
Arturo Vidal is one of the most underrated midfielders in the game, having won league titles in four different countries and two Copa America titles. Four of his five league titles in Italy (12 overall) have come under Antonio Conte.
The 34-year-old Chilean has bagged 36 goals and 21 assists in almost 150 games across competitions under the Italian tactician. That includes one of his career-best campaigns in 2013-14, when he scored 11 goals and six assists in Juventus' triumphant Serie A campaign. Vidal was also a part of Conte's victorious Serie A-winning Inter Milan team last season.
Conte had earlier said about Vidal:
"Arturo is a fantastic player...I have a great respect for Arturo, and we spent many years in Juventus together. I'd always want him with me."
#2 Lautaro Martinez - 40 goals
Lautaro Martinez is one of the best young strikers in the game at the moment. Interestingly, the 24-year-old Argentine has scored almost half of his goals in club football under Antonio Conte.
In just two seasons spanning almost 100 games across competitions under the Italian, Martinez netted 40 times, and also bagged 19 assists. That includes 17 goals and ten assists in Inter Milan's Serie A winning campaign - their first in 11 years - last season.
Praising Conte for helping him improve his game and mentality, Martinez said recently:
"ll always be thankful to him because as soon as he arrived at Inter he called me, when I was on holiday after the Copa America. He’s a coach who trusts me and that has helped me to grow. He’s helped me to change my mentality as well."
#1 Romelu Lukaku - 64 goals
Romelu Lukaku is one of the most prolific strikers in the game at the moment. The current Chelsea man spent arguably the two best seasons of his career in Italy under Antonio Conte.
In one of the most dazzling debut campaigns in Italian football, Lukaku provided a portent of things to come, netting 34 goals across competitions. Although he netted four fewer goals in his next campaign, it proved to be a more memorable one.
En route to becoming the quickest Inter player to score 50 goals, Lukaku netted 24 league strikes as the Nerazzurri won their first Scudetto in 11 years.
Antonio Conte has said about Lukaku:
"It's difficult to find a player who acts as a point of reference and who gets forward with pace from midfield. He is someone who also gives you assists."
