#2. Kai Havertz
Kai Havertz is one of the best prospects Germany has produced in recent years. The youngster has been making headlines since he made his debut for Bayer Leverkusen in 2016. He has been raking up milestones since then and already holds the record of being the youngest player to reach 50 and 100 appearances in the Bundesliga.
The 20-year-old German international can play in the right-wing, attacking midfield and central midfield positions, making him a very versatile asset in the team. He's known for his eye for goal and tallied 20 goals and 7 assists last season.
This season, his form has dipped a little but he has managed to register 7 goals and 2 assists so far. He has interests from Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Barcelona and Manchester United. Leverkusen sporting director in an interview with Nitro TV said:
"He still has a contract until 2022 – these are, of course, the classic facts. There was already interest in the summer, but we told him that it would be good for him to stay with us for a year. And that was the right decision. I am glad that we kept him this year. We'll see what it looks like in summer."
He will be fetching a high price due to competition of clubs chasing him but Bayern Munich is likely to break the bank to secure his signature this summer.
