#2 Ruben Loftus-Cheek
Believe it or not, Ruben Loftus-Cheek has been ready to make the step up to first team football for a long time. The 21-year-old is a special talent that Antonio Conte should have prioritized this season.
Perhaps if he had, Chelsea wouldn’t be already trailing in their title defence bid, anyway, I digress. Ruben Loftus-Cheek is a once in a lifetime type of talent. English youngsters are often overhyped to the moon by the media, but in this case, Loftus-Cheek is deserving of every plaudit he receives.
The 21-year old is a rare blend of unprecedented power, strength, pace, skill and football intelligence. He has the ability to be the first world-class English talent since Wayne Rooney first emerged on the scene. A loan spell at Crystal Palace is not befitting of his talents and if he’s to the reach the dizzy heights projected for him, he must leave Chelsea.
