#3 Antonio Rudiger
Antonio Rudiger is an undisputed starter for Thomas Tuchel's Chelsea. The centre-back played a crucial role in the Blues' UEFA Champions League triumph last campaign. Rudiger leads the defense without any hesitation and keeps showing his prowess at the biggest stages.
Despite having Sergio Ramos, Marquinhos and Kimpembe in their ranks, Paris Saint-Germain should secure the services of Rudiger. The German defender is yet to renew his contract amidst offers which lower his price significantly in the January transfer window.
Ramos is not getting any younger and Kimpembe is yet to prove himself on the biggest stages in club football. This is why Rudiger would fit the bill perfectly for Paris Saint-Germain.
#2 Paul Pogba
Paul Pogba needs no introduction. The Frenchman has achieved a lot in his career both for his clubs and country. Pogba's ability to dictate tempo in midfield makes him one of the best in the business. The midfielder started the 2021-22 campaign in style, bagging seven assists in seven Premier League games.
The 28-year old has helped his team win numerous titles during his tenure at Juventus. Pogba has also been integral to the French team which won the World Cup. It goes without saying that Pogba would add a lot of firepower for Paris Saint-Germain with a player like Marco Verratti beside him.
Like Rudiger, Pogba's contract is until the end of the current season. The French midfielder is yet to renew and might be available for a bargain price in the January window.
#1 Mohamed Salah
Undoubtedly, Mo Salah is one of the hottest forwards in Europe right now. Salah has racked up nine goals and three assists in all competitions, with six of his goals coming in the Premier League.
Salah's attacking prowess makes him a force to reckon with on the right flank. The Egyptian again demonstrated his ability against Manchester City, scoring a wonderful solo goal in a 2-2 draw.
Although it's highly unlikely that Salah will join Paris Saint-Germain in the January transfer window, his contract renewal talks are on hold. The 29 -year old's contract ends in 2023 and the prospect of him joining the ranks of Messi and Neymar at Paris Saint-Germain is mouth-watering.
With Mbappe yet to renew his contract with Paris Saint-Germain, Salah could be an ideal and worthy replacement for the club.
