Ruben Loftus-Cheek (Chelsea)
The last 12 months have been crucial in the career of Ruben Loftus-Cheek. An impressive year on loan at Crystal Palace led to international recognition, and then selection for the World Cup. He is now widely regarded as one of England's best young players, and it is now time for him to get the amount of Premier League football that reflects that.
