According to a few reports, Hazard is said to have conveyed his final decision to Chelsea and it remains to be seen if the Blues manage to keep hold of their talisman. Some reports also suggested that the 28-year-old will be announced as a Real Madrid player on May 29, fuelling further speculation regarding his future in England.
