Rose has dropped out of favour in the Tottenham team and fans have not been too happy about his performances either. With his future looking bleak at Tottenham, Rose may be tempted to make a move away from Mauricio Pochettino's side.

The English national is not without pursuers and Manchester United is one of the teams looking out for him. Prior to the January transfer window, ESPN FC pundit, Alejandro Moreno, claimed that the defender will move to Old Trafford.
Rose missed multiple games after a long-term knee injury and has not been able to get back into Pochettino's first-team. That could be the reason why Manchester United did not make the move for him in January as they wait until the summer to make a bid.
