#2Thiago
The Spaniard was signed by Pep Guardiola from FC Barcelona. He did show peaks of his potential and finally, under Carlo Ancelotti, he found his stride and become a regular for Bayern Munich.
He has performed really well for the German club and he is now considered to be one of the best midfielders in the world.
But the former Barca youth academy players have been often criticised for not turning up in the big games and influence the game as he usually does.
Many at Bayern believe that he flourishes in the Bundesliga where the competition is not so tough, but he is unable to produce the same in big games such as the ones at Real Madrid in recent seasons.
Bayern has made Thiago available and they are demanding £70 million for him. Barcelona have are said to be interested in him and could include Lucas Digne as a part of the deal. While Guardiola is also eyeing a reunion with the midfielder.
Though it is true that Thiago in big games especially in the Champions League did not bring his A game.
But he is just 27 and about to reach his peak and Bayern need players like him and it would be unwise to sell him.
