Isco is one of the best attacking midfielders in the world and his present situation at Real Madrid with every passing week is getting worse.
The fact that Isco has spent more time on the bench than any other player in La Liga in 2019 makes it very much evident that Madrid's interim manager Santiago Scolari does not fancy him in his starting eleven. Under Scolari, Isco is the 21st player on the squad list based on the number of minutes played.
Whatever the problem, whether personal or tactical, it is clear that the talent of a player of Isco's calibre is being wasted at the Santiago Bernabeu. A key member of the squad that won three back to back Champions League trophies, the former Malaga player deserves more minutes.
But it seems like the trend will continue, and if Scolari gets the Madrid job permanently, then Isco will have to leave Real Madrid. Since his arrival under every manager, he had to prove that he was worthy of being included in the starting eleven. Maybe the time is right for him to leave.
Here are 5 players who can replace Isco at Real Madrid.
#5 Paul Pogba (Manchester United)
The World Cup winner is currently enjoying his life at Old Trafford since the departure of Jose Mourinho. Under new manager Ole Solskjær, he has been finally given the freedom that he wants and he is producing good performances on a consistent basis.
At only 25 years. the Frenchman is tactically more flexible, has excellent vision, and is capable of playing in even deeper positions compared to Isco. Also, the amount of financial power he can bring should not be underestimated.
If Real Madrid sell Isco they will definitely have the funds to finance a move for Paul Pogba. He was, after all, linked with a move to the Bernabeu before the arrival of Ole Solskjaer. Also, if the Los Blancos push for a move, they could get him.

Though things are looking good at the moment for United, they are still far away from challenging City and Liverpool for trophies. They are in a transition phase, and if Pogba wants to win more big trophies in his career, a move to the Bernabeu should be ideal for him.
#4 Paulo Dybala (Juventus)
Paulo Dybala, since his arrival at Juventus, has been constantly linked with a move away from the Allianz Stadium. This season he has managed to score only 8 goals for the Old Lady and it looks like his goal-scoring drought is going to continue for a while.
The Argentinian should be a good replacement for Isco. Both of them are very good technical players. But the former Palmero forward is more of a goalscoring threat than Isco, except for this season. At the same time, Dybala is a very good playmaker as well.
If reports are believed to be true then the Los Blancos are really interested in making a move for Dybala and they could offer unhappy star Isco in a swap deal to sweeten the deal with the Bianconeri.
The Argentinian has won everything with Juve except the Champions League and even after the arrival of Cristiano Ronaldo, it seems like they will not be able to make it this year as well. For Dybala, moving to the Bernabeu will definitely increase his chances of winning the Champions League.
#3 James Rodriguez (Bayern Munich on loan from Real Madrid)
The Colombian has failed to hit the heights that were expected of him when he was signed by Real Madrid, but at only 27, he still has time to make amends. Currently, on loan at Bayern Munich, the midfielder will return to parent club Real Madrid next summer.
James is a versatile midfielder and he has a good ability to pick a key pass. His style of play is different from Isco, but he is also a playmaker. Given the fact that James is about to hit his peak form, he should be able to replace the Spaniard.
Though Bayern Munich have the option of making his loan move permanent, it seems highly unlikely that he would want such a move. Also, the former Porto winger has indicated that he would like to return to Madrid.
For James, moving to Santiago Bernabeu was a dream, and it looks like he is determined to become a big player for Real Madrid only.
#2 Christian Eriksen (Tottenham)
The Danish international has been one of the best playmakers in world football. He is capable of creating great chances with his excellent vision and passing ability. At the age of 27, he starting to show his peak form as well.
When compared to Isco, the former Ajax midfielder is a different type of playmaker. The Spaniard is more of dribbler while Eriksen is more of a passer. But his ability to find the man in the box is second to none, from which a team like Real Madrid would really profit.
The Los Blancos also believe that Eriksen is the man who can replace Isco in their squad and they ready to make a move for him. Also, his current contract expires in 2020 and according to reports, it is unlikely that he sign a new contract as he wants to move to Bernabeu.
Despite Tottenham's efforts, they still cannot challenge for trophies and even when they have come close, they have bottled it: Something which will be a great source of frustration for a player of Eriksen's ability. Thus, if he is ambitious enough a club like Real Madrid can definitely match his ambitions.
#1 Eden Hazard (Chelsea)
Since Diego Costa's departure, Eden Hazard has been single-handedly carrying Chelsea. With the arrival of Sarri, it was expected that Chelsea will play beautiful football, but nothing like that has happened, rather things have become worse than ever.
Both Isco and Hazard are very similar in playing style to each other, but on an individual level, the Belgian is clearly better than the Spaniard. Hazard is a player who can win games on his own while Isco with all his qualities is not on the same level as Hazard.
The former Lille winger has never shied away from speaking about playing for Real Madrid. Isco could be used as a heavyweight to tempt Chelsea into selling next season, with only one year left on his contract.
Eden Hazard loves Chelsea, but the club is going through one crisis after another. The Blues are finding it hard to even qualify for the Champions League, forget the Premier League. Also, moving to Bernabeu is a dream for him, and he could make it happen next season.
