Morata began his Chelsea career on a high note, scoring 10 goals in his first 10 games at Stamford Bridge but everything after that has been total misery for the Spaniard. Things got worse for him during the middle of last season, when he failed to find the back of the net for several months.
This season, his situation has gotten out of hand, with Maurizio Sarri now preferring to play without a central striker and converting Eden Hazard into a false 9. That, coupled with the presence of Oliver Giroud and Chelsea's efforts to sign another striker in this transfer window means that Morata's future at Stamford looks really blurry and he needs to act quickly on his future.
