Blue suits him!

Antonio Conte is reportedly set to sell Cesc Fabregas and Nemanja Matic in the summer to add fresh blood to the squad. However, the manager would want to have an experienced player in the squad and Modric would be a great addition.

The Croatian can form a great partnership with N'Golo Kante and also be the mentor for Nathaniel Chalobah and Ruben Loftus-Cheek. Modric will get to play in the Premier League once again, but the move won't go down well with the Tottenham fans who still respect him a lot.

Chelsea are not a club who sign players who are above the age of 26 or 27, but when a player like Modric is available for a cut-price, things might change. Conte is revolutionising things at Stamford Bridge, and this can well be a part of that.
