Andrea Pirlo, Patrice Evra and Dani Alves - all of them were deemed 'too old' by their clubs before they moved to Juventus. All three of them have proved their former employers wrong, and Luka Modric can do the same.

Real Madrid are selling him because they think he's not going to be good enough for the coming season but in Serie A, no one is too old to be a great player. Gianluigi Buffon and Francesco Totti have been proving that time and again in the Italian league.

A move to Turin would be the ideal one for Luka Modric as he will be able to play regularly and with his qualities, he can fit into the squad easily. Sami Khedira has been injured a lot recently, and Modric can replace him in the starting XI flawlessly.
