#3 Bayern Munich
Six-time Champions League winners Bayern Munich are one of the best teams in the world right now. They play a direct, expressive brand of football, capable of piercing any defense in the world.
Bayern generally tend to do their recruiting from Germany itself, but aren’t shy of venturing far and wide in search of unbeatable talents.
Given the number of goals they score, courtesy of a certain Robert Lewandowski, they don’t necessarily need Mohamed Salah. However, considering their ambition of ruling Europe, we will not be surprised if they end up making an offer for them.
Liverpool have a good relationship with Bayern, with Thiago Alcantara moving from the Allianz Arena to Anfield in 2020. If the Merseysiders had to sell their own crown jewel, they could certainly go with a club they are familiar with.
Seeing Lewandowski and Salah in one team is the stuff of dreams for fans and a nightmare for opponents. It will be interesting to see if the Bavarians try to turn it into their reality.
#2 Juventus
Since losing their Serie A crown to Inter Milan last season, Juventus have struggled to find a foothold in Italy and Europe.
Their football has been mediocre and there is hardly any hope for silverware at the end of the season. Thankfully, they are desperate to turn the situation around and are already making strides in the right direction.
They have signed Dusan Vlahovic in the winter transfer window and are likely to add a few more players to their ranks next summer.
Unless the Egyptian signs an extension with the Reds, we expect Juve to come up with a lucrative offer for the Reds.
The Bianconeri would benefit from his Serie A experience and quality and Liverpool would get more than a fair price for their superstar. A win-win for both parties.
#1 Paris Saint-Germain
Ligue 1 giants Paris Saint-Germain already have Neymar, Lionel Messi and Kylian Mbappe at their disposal. Suggesting they could strengthen their squad further by adding Salah to the mix seems nothing short of lunacy.
However, if their trio breaks next summer, the 29-year-old winger could most certainly become fair game.
If reports are to be believed, Kylian Mbappe has already signed a pre-contract with Real Madrid and could make his dream move at the end of the season.
Considering Mbappe’s transfer goes through, Messi could move into a more central position and make the right-wing free for Salah.
Of course, this move is far from being actualised, but given PSG’s thirst for success, we won’t be surprised if they pull Salah’s transfer off.
