#2 Milan
Having plied his trade here successfully as a player and later, as a manager, it would not be a problem for the fans to support the board's decision to appoint him as the next manager.
The Milan project looks exciting and on its way, but the only demerit being the results, which have consistently eluded the Rossoneri this term. The pressure's building on Montella and if the club decides to relieve him off his duties Carlo Ancelotti can be the right man to lead the Italian heavyweights back where they belong.
The 7-time UCL winners have been lost for the past few years and while Montella has done a decent job in stabilising the club's performances, he hardly looks like the man Milan could depend on, to take them to the top again. Ancelotti's previous successful tenure at the Italian club was memorable and successful, his return might just be the push needed by Milan right now.
