#3 Luis Alberto
One of the two former Liverpool players on this list, Alberto joined Liverpool from Barcelona B in the summer of 2013. He came to Anfield with a good reputation but failed to adjust to the physicality and pace of the English top flight.
He played only nine games for the Reds and joined the Spanish side, Malaga on-loan after a year. He did well during his loan spell in La Liga but didn't do enough to impress his coaches back at Anfield. He was sent on-loan to La Liga once again but, this time to Deportivo La Coruna.
Alberto permanently left Liverpool in 2016 and joined Serie A club, Lazio. He didn't get many chances to play during his first season at the club and managed to play only nine league games. However, things started to change for him during the next season and he started impressing fans with his performances.
He has scored seven goals and has provided 11 assists to his teammates in the league this season.
His impressive displays in Serie A caught the eye of Spanish national team manager Julen Lopetegui and he played his first international match against Costa Rica on 11 November 2017.
Alberto possesses enough skills to do well in the Premier League and the summer transfer window might see clubs bidding for him.
