Former England and Premier League midfielder Frank Lampard is second on the list of most scored from the penalty spot in the Premier League with 43 goals. Lampard began his career in 1995 with West Ham and spent seven seasons at the Hammers before moving to London rivals and neighbours Chelsea.
He won everything there is to win in club football with Chelsea during his 13-year career with the Blues and is the club's all-time leading goal scorer. The Englishman also accrued over 100 caps for his country and is the country's most prolific scorer from the penalty spot.
In 2014, Lampard moved to Manchester City for a season before he moved to the MLS and joined New York City FC for a season before retiring. He is also widely regarded as one the greatest PL midfielders and statistically, is the most prolific goalscoring midfielder.
