Former captain and talisman for England and Newcastle United, Alan Shearer, tops the list with the most Premier League goals from the penalty spot, with 55 goals for Blackburn Rovers, and Newcastle during his career. Shearer also tops the all-time goal scoring chart with 260 Premier League goals.
Shearer began his career with Southampton in 1988 and scored 23 goals during his four seasons with the Saints. Blackburn signed the striker in 92 and the Englishman won his only PL title with the club in 95. Shearer then moved to his childhood club Newcastle United and spent the rest of his career at the Toon.
Shearer is one of the country's most prolific goal scorers of all-time and has cemented his legacy as one of the greatest English strikers. Shearer now works as a pundit for the PL and is also a certified professional coach.
