Often considered as being one of the fastest football players ever to step foot on the pitch, Aubameyang gave Arsenal fans hope as soon as he arrived. Being one of the most celebrated goalscorers in the Bundesliga, the Gabonese International had a splendid career with the Borussia Dortmund side, gaining his nomination in the FIFA Ballon d'Or top 30 once upon a time.

Auba arrived at the Emirates in January 2018, for a fee of about £65 million. After scoring almost 10 goals last season, the former BVB starlet made sure he wasn't doubted. However, this season hasn't really been his breakout one, as with only one goal, Aubameyang keeps the struggle alive.

Though his goal against Cardiff City was a very important one, the Gabonese International's presence on the pitch isn't quite living up to expectations. With few to no touches on the ball, Auba is surely being a player who could soon see the face of the Arsenal bench.
