The Premier League, apart from being the most watched in the world, is also one of the most desired places in the world for professional footballers. However, not everyone gets what they want in England and there are a few players who can perform much better in other countries. Here is a list 0f 5 players who stand a better chance of making it big away from England.

The Mexican was an instant hit for the Red Devils when he joined them from Guadalajara in 2010 scoring 20 goals in his first season but has since faded from the picture. The arrival of Robin Van Persie in 2012 caused Hernandez to fall behind Danny Welbeck in the pecking order but the forward still managed to score 18 goals last season which was his best form since his debut season.
The 25-year-old has been restricted to League Cup appearances this season and has made just 15 appearances for the Red Devils in the Premier League, a lot of them being off the bench. Hernandez has got loads of talent and is one of the deadliest poachers in the world but will certainly not get a guaranteed first team place at Manchester United.
The “little pea” will most likely leave Old Trafford next season but there will be no shortage of takers for the talented striker. Chicharito can score a lot more goals when he is in the first team and there are plenty of clubs willing to give him that chance. Atletico Madrid and Juventus have expressed interest in the forward so it is very likely that Hernandez will be moving to Italy or Spain next summer.
4. Edin Dzeko
Dzeko deserves a chance in the first team
Dzeko is another talented striker who is warming the bench at his respective club. The 27-year-old became Manchester City’s second most expensive player after Robinho when he joined the future Champions in 2011 but failed to replicate the brilliant form he showed at Wolfsburg.
The Bosnia international was given a chance to impress this season in the absence of Sergio Aguero and scored an impressive 17 goals but was back on the bench again when the Argentine returned from injury. Dzeko has fallen down the pecking order behind Negredo (Jovetic when back from injury will definitely be a good bet to start) this season which is not good for a player of his talents.
Pellegrini sees Dzeko as surplus to requirements and will most likely sell him next season. Dzeko should flourish abroad if he keeps up his good international form.
3. Hugo Lloris
Lloris is reportedly unsettled at Tottenham
Former Tottenham boss Andre Villas Boas pulled off a coup when he signed Lloris for just £8 million in 2012. Lloris proved that he was one of the bargains of the season after recording 9 clean sheets in his first year in England. Since then the Frenchman has grown unsettled at the London club due to their shaky form this season and is rumored to be unhappy at the club. Arsenal striker and compatriot Olivier Giroud stated that the goalkeeper is looking to leave Tottenham this season.
If this is true then many clubs would fall over themselves for Lloris’s signature as he is truly a world class keeper. One likely destination for the stopper is Barcelona as they are looking for a replacement for Victor Valdes who is set to leave the club in the summer after his contract expires. Another possible destination for the player is AS Monaco but Lloris has previously stated that he does not want to return to play football in his homeland just yet.
2. Luis Suarez
Suarez wanted to quit Liverpool last summer
Last summer’s sports headlines were dominated by the Suarez transfer saga. The Uruguayan had grown unhappy in England due to being portrayed badly by the countries press and was looking for a way out in summer. Several clubs were interested in him including Arsenal who went as far as submitting a ridiculous £40,000,001 bid for the player. The situation was ultimately resolved by Liverpool and Suarez has gone on to score an astonishing 23 goals for Liverpool so far this season.
However Suarez may still leave the club if the Reds fail to qualify for the Champions League next season. If that happens plenty of clubs will want Suarez in their squad. Real Madrid is one club who will go to any length to obtain the prolific striker who will almost certainly flourish with them.
Torres is one of Chelsea’s biggest flops
Torres is not the same player he was at Liverpool and is the most expensive dud in the Premier League. The Spaniard has scored just 42 times in 154 appearances for Chelsea which is a far cry from his Liverpool days. Even Rafael Benitez could not help Torres get back to his best form during his time as interim manager of the London club last season.
Inspite of his poor form at Chelsea Torres was part of the Spanish national team and scored 5 times in as many appearances last year. Torres will most certainly be in the squad for his country in this year’s World Cup but may leave Chelsea at the end of the season.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho is on the lookout for a new striker which will most likely bring down the curtains on Torres’s Blues career. A move to Spain would be best for Torres as he is at his prolific best among his countrymen.
