#4 The Attack
Liverpool's front three of Firmino, Mane and Coutinho were the best in the league for long periods last season till injury and international commitments separated them. The addition of Salah this summer makes the attack even more potent.
In the pre-season match against Bayern Munich, Klopp deployed Coutinho behind the remaining three in the first-half. The Liverpool attack wreaked havoc with Germany centre-back Mats Hummels admitting it was the toughest match he had played in his Bayern career. This highlighted the improvement in an already outstanding attack.
While Coutinho's future could be up in the air, the trio of Mane, Salah and Firmino showed what they can do in Liverpool's season opener against Watford, especially in the second-half as they constantly broke through their defence.
Further, there is no African Cup of Nations (AFCON) in 2018 like last season. Thus, Mane and new signing Salah, hailing from Senegal and Egypt respectively, will not be absent for any other reasons than injuries, if any. This implies the attack can constantly play together when fit and can score against any defence.
Goals are a crucial part of winning titles and Liverpool's attack gives them just that.
