#2 Personalities
One criticism levelled at modern football is that the game lacks the personalities that it once had, and while that may be true on the pitch, there are still several Premier League managers who are among the most entertaining characters in the game.
Two of those men are Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, the managers of Manchester City and Liverpool.
Klopp has established himself as the most charming and likeable manager in the Premier League in recent years, while Guardiola is always fascinating to watch, switching between calm and collected, and a crazed genius at the drop of a hat.
The two men are always entertaining when they are on the screens, and their infectious personalities somehow manage to find their way onto the pitch as well.
