Apropos to the earlier slide, managing the big names is what is important at a club like Madrid which is adorned with stars. Madrid are a team with a bunch of players that don’t need to be taught how to kick the ball around.

What they need is someone who brings them together while keeping a positive environment in the dressing room. Zidane does that and he has reaped the rewards for it.
