Regardless of whether it might be better to stay at the Camp Nou to win another Champions League, he wants the Ballon d’Or and staying under the shadow of the Argentine will not help him do that.

Should they really matter? Most of the greats want to talk about all the trophies their teams or nations won, not the number of golden balls they managed to get.
