If Wenger does take up the reins at Real Madrid, he would already be working with a number of brilliant footballers and would not have to look out of the club for the same. The 68-year-old recently revealed how he was painfully close to signing Cristiano Ronaldo for Arsenal all those years ago and how that transfer could've changed the history of the club.
Now, if he does manage to replace Zidane for the next season, he will be working not only with Ronaldo, but also with the likes of Isco, Gareth Bale, Casemiro, Luka Modric, Marcos Asensio and Karim Benzema.
His immense footballing ideology will be handled by players who have the pedigree as well as the talent to shoulder it.
