Ronaldo might be the top scorer in the Champions League when he comes to the end of his career, but he won't be able to break Iker Casillas' record for the most number of apps for Real Madrid.

The Spanish goalkeeper made 152 apps for the Los Blancos during his 16-year spell at the club. He was their #1 choice for a long time and played in almost every single match during his tenure at the club.

Cristiano has over 100 apps in the Champions League, but only 82 of them have been for Madrid. He has to play every single match for them and the maximum number of matches a club can play in a single season is 13.

So, if Ronaldo has to break the record at the club, Real Madrid will have to reach the final every single time for the next seven years! Impossible, even for a club like Real Madrid.
