Elseid Hysaj is an Albanian international who plays in the Serie A for Napoli. He is 25 years old and has been plying his trade in Naples for the past four seasons as a regular under both Maurizio Sarri and Carlo Ancelotti.
Last season, the right-back made 35 appearances for the Partenopei in all competitions. Under Maurizio Sarri, the fullback really improved his game and established himself as one of the best right backs in Serie A.
He is only 25 years old and yet to reach his peak. The former Empoli full back has played a lot in the Sarriball system, which is quite similar to Pep's style of football. Thus, adjusting to Man City's style of football should not be a problem for him.
The player himself admitted that he wants to leave the club but the club will have to lower their price for him to leave.
