#3 Domenico Berardi
Following Italy's sensational Euro 2020 win, many Serie A players from Roberto Mancini's team have been linked with moves to Premier League clubs. Sassuolo striker Domenico Berardi is the latest to join this list.
The 26-year-old has thrived for the Serie A side since moving back to Italy in 2015. He has scored 105 goals in 295 games for the club, netting 86 times and providing 56 assists in 238 Serie A outings.
He was also brilliant for Sassuolo during the 2020-21 campaign, making 25 goal contributions in 30 league appearances, which saw him become a mainstay for Italy at Euro 2020.
Despite contributing just two goals to the tournament, his performances have seen him impress a host of Premier League clubs. The likes of Chelsea, Liverpool and West Ham United are all keen to land the Serie A striker. Reports have also indicated that Sassuolo could be ready to sell the player for a fee of around €40 million.
#2 Kalidou Koulibaly
Kalidou Koulibaly has established himself as one of the best defenders in Europe since moving from Genk to Napoli in 2014.
The 30-year-old Serie A defender has attracted a number of Premier League clubs with his performances over the years, including Manchester United, who are now reportedly ready to launch a bid for the Senegalese.
Koulibaly has been valued in excess of €80 million in the past. But it has been reported that the Premier League giants have made a bid of €30 million for the defender, as clubs in Italy continue to deal with the financial constraints due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
It will be interesting to see if Napoli will accept a cut-price deal for a player who still has two years left on his contract. But the Red Devils look poised to test the Serie A side's resolve in the coming weeks. Everton and Liverpool are also reportedly interested in the defender.
#1 Manuel Locatelli
One of the breakout stars of Euro 2020, Manuel Locatelli, has been linked with a number of top European clubs, including Arsenal in the Premier League, after his brilliant performances for Italy at the Euros.
Locatelli was an integral part of Sassuolo last season, where the midfielder scored four goals and provided two assists in 34 Serie A games. He followed up his impressive domestic campaign by shining for Italy at Euro 2020.
The 23-year-old scored two goals in five games for Roberto Mancini's side as the Azzurri claimed the European Championship by beating England on penalties in the final.
The midfielder has been linked with both Juventus and Arsenal, with the latter reportedly ready to pay Sassuolo's £34.5 million asking price for Locatelli. However, the Premier League side may not land their man, as Locatelli would prefer a move to Juventus, who are yet to make a suitable offer.
